Pricing & shipping

Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and are non-negotiable. Shipping fees are extra (and include handling and packaging costs). I take no responsibility for goods stolen or damaged in transit. International buyers please note: you are responsible for any and all shipping duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Payment

Once an order is received, it will be confirmed by email. Please allow up to a week for shipping. International orders may take up to two weeks. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within three days of goods being purchased, they will be returned to the store for sale. Payment is through PAYPAL. You do not need a PAYPAL account to complete your payment.

Refunds & exchanges

Squeak & Squirrel does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. I will refund/exchange faulty goods ONLY if items are returned within three weeks of purchase unworn and in original condition. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.
